Protection Against Unfair Competition

Any act which conflicts with the rules, trade and other fair traditions of entrepreneurship shall be recognised as unfair.
The use of business reputation of an entrepreneur having priority rights, his trade name, trademarks, other indications, advertising, packing for goods, titles of works of literature and art, titles of periodicals, geographical indications shall be recognised as illegal where such use would result in a likelihood of confusion.
Commercial exploitation of another entrepreneur's good under one's own indication, copying of an article appearance as well as unfair comparative advertising when undertaken without the entrepreneur's authorisation shall be recognised as illegal.
